Creating Video Magic

Creating video magic is really no different than creating any other kind of compelling copy.

The only difference is, right now your video content is going to get a “novelty pass”….. even crappy videos with crappy content are still going to get noticed because, well because they’re novel.

Twenty years ago, television advertising was the media darling. Even the crappiest local ad still got results because not every business in town could AFFORD television advertising and seeing a local business owner on the boob tube still generated some “awe”….

Well, then came cable advertising. Now that advertisers can pick which cable network to run their local ads, the cost has fallen… and the novelty factor of being on television is fading for local advertisers.

What that means is your television advertising had better do more than just appear frequently. Your television advertising message needs to break the clutter and connect with customers.

Ideally, your online video message will live up to the same standards… but it doesn’t have to, YET!
